Margo Michaels invited to be February's guest expert for NCI's AccrualNet

 

Margo discusses the important role physicians have in cancer clinical trials awareness and accrual during their discussions with patients. This important discussion, informing cancer patients regarding all of their treatment options, including clinical trials, is not often conducted in a meaningful way, or conducted at all. This conversation is one of many key factors that contribute to a community based oncology practices’ successful recruitment and retention practices.
